Shipping & Delivery Policy

Aroma Flowers strives to deliver your order as per the selected delivery option. Delivery timelines depend on the recipient’s location and product availability.

Delivery Options

  • Free Standard Delivery
  • Fixed Time Delivery (available at a nominal additional charge)

While we make every effort to deliver within the selected time slot, delivery may be affected by Force Majeure events, including weather conditions, strikes, political disruptions, lockdowns, or courier delays.

Perishable Products

  • Flowers may be delivered in bud, semi-bloomed, or fully bloomed stage
  • Perishable items are attempted for delivery only once
  • Orders will be considered successfully delivered in the following cases:
    • Incorrect address
    • Recipient unavailable
    • Premises locked
    • Recipient refusal

No refunds or re-deliveries will be provided in such cases.

Same-Day & Special Deliveries

  • Same-day standard delivery: Order before 6:00 PM (IST)
  • Same-day fixed time delivery: Order before 6:30 PM (IST)
  • Midnight delivery (11:00 PM – 11:59 PM): Order before 7:00 PM (IST)

Delivery time is estimated and non-binding.

Courier Product Deliveries

  • Courier deliveries are handled by third-party logistics partners
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary
  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays
  • Courier partners attempt delivery twice
  • If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or refusal, the order is deemed delivered

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Special Location Deliveries

Hospitals

Please provide:

  • Hospital name and address
  • Recipient name, ward/room number
  • Hospital contact number

(Some hospital policies may restrict flower deliveries.)

Hotels

Orders will be left at reception if the recipient is unavailable. Such orders are considered delivered.

Wedding Halls

Delivery may be handed to a family member or designated contact person.

Hostels / PG / Gated Premises

Orders may be handed over to security or reception and considered delivered.

Remote Locations

  • Deliveries are subject to availability
  • Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed
  • Perishable items may not be available in certain remote areas

Restricted Locations

Aroma Flowers does not deliver to:

  • Railway stations
  • Metro stations
  • Airports

Deemed Delivery

Orders will be treated as delivered if:

  • Address is incorrect
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Premises locked
  • Recipient refuses delivery

No cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be entertained in such cases.
