Returns & Refund Policy

At Aroma Flowers, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cakes, plants, and similar products, returns are not allowed.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the delivered item. Our team may contact you for additional details if required.

Resolution Options

Upon verification, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Re-delivery of the product, or
  2. Refund in the form of a gift voucher (processed within 24 hours), or
  3. Refund to the original mode of payment (credited within 7–10 working days, subject to standard banking timelines)

Refunds Will NOT Be Provided In The Following Cases

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the sender
  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery address or refusal to accept the order
  • Quality issues caused by improper handling after delivery
  • Perishable items such as flowers, plants, cakes, sweets, or similar products in the above situations

Important Notes

  • Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Non-delivery complaints must be raised within 15 days from the delivery date
  • Reverse pickup may be required for quality verification before re-delivery
  • No product exchanges are allowed
  • If Aroma Flowers is unable to deliver part or full order, the undelivered amount will be refunded

Online refunds are processed after confirmation via email or phone. Once processed, it may take 10–15 business days to reflect in your account.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via Email and SMS after placing your order
  • Delivery confirmation will also be sent once the order is successfully delivered
  • Please retain your order number for any future communication with Aroma Flowers
